We had a fantastic day at Heyburn State Park (5 miles east of Plummer, ID) on St. Patty's Day. It was beautiful weather at a balmy 60-something degrees ;). We had a picnic, walked one of the trails, and looked at the educational boardwalk and wildlife viewing area. Daniel got Gwen a cattail and she slammed it against everything and sent little fuzzies everywhere. We have lots more pictures, but our battery on the camera died, so as soon as we get another one, we will post more.

We spent a little time at the Little Boulder camp ground outside of Helmer, ID. We had one good day at the beginning of March and decided to take advantage. Unfortunately we forgot that Moscow is at a lower elevation than the rest of Idaho (except Lewiston) and the trails we wanted to hike were all covered in snow. So we just had a picnic at a picnic table by the parking lot. Oh well.

Soooo FAT!! I took this picture while Daniel was at work and Gwen was at school, so me and Gav had a little time to ourselves (that rarely happens). I messed around with my camera trying out the sepia tones while Gav played. He thinks the camera is a game and has figured out that when it is out he is supposed to smile.
